Job Description:
P & L Johnson, a reputable HVAC company serving Astoria, OR, is currently seeking a skilled Refrigeration Installer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
Install refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, and refrigerated display cases, following manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on refrigeration equipment to ensure proper functioning and energy efficiency.
Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration system issues, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate with team members to complete installations and projects efficiently and within deadlines.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Refrigeration Installer or similar role.
Proficiency in installing and servicing refrigeration systems.
Strong understanding of refrigeration principles, components, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
EPA certification preferred.
