Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare (CBH) has an immediate opening for a full time Receptionist.
The purpose of this position is to provide front line customer service, answer general inquiries in person and over the phone, check-in clients, and schedule appointments.
Performs data entry, take vitals for tele-psychiatry, and runs daily insurance verification reports.
Performs general administrative duties including answer phones, file, copy, scan, and fax, review paperwork and collect money.
Training will be provided.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Valid driver's license or ability to obtain Oregon or Washington DL Background check clearance Ability to meet agency insurance requirements, must submit current motor vehicle record if licensed outside of the state of Oregon Preferred:
