We are looking for a part-time (2-3 days per week) front desk agent to join our small and supportive team.
We are searching for someone who is reliable, and who loves to give our guests a welcoming experience.

Check-in guests using our reservation software and in accordance to our policies.
Ensure the lobby is tidy and sanitized.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email/other written applications Create, cancel, reconcile, and modify guests' reservations in accordance to our policies.
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to make sure rooms are clean, safe, and ready to go.
Assist guests with various needs from providing amenities to answering questions about the area.
Skills Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or customer-facing role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs a plus Hands-on experience with office equipment (printers, scanners) Welcoming attitude and clean appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Interpersonal skills (friendly customer service attitude) Benefits available after probationary periods.
